Osservatorio Balcani e Caucaso, CEIS, and IDM organised on 10-11 November 2008 in Vienna a two-day conference titled “Dealing with the past and reconciliation processes in the Western Balkans”. The international meeting gathered prominent political analysts, scholars, civil society representatives and media professionals from all over Europe to discuss about memory and reconciliation within and with the Western Balkans
